About TES

We are glad you are here and we want to introduce you to our campus. Tatum Elementary houses Tatum ISDs 3rd-5th Graders.

We are located at 1525 N. Hill St, Tatum, TX 75691

For the 2022-2023 school year, our tardy bell rings at 7:45 am and we dismiss at 3:35 pm.

As a reminder for safety purposes, we cannot use the crosswalk during morning or afternoon car dropoff.

In the afternoon, please have any student picked up before 2:45 pm if leaving early.

Dear Parents,

As the Principal of Tatum Elementary School, it is my sincere pleasure and honor to be the leader of this great school. Tatum Elementary School builds an atmosphere of academic and cultural excellence that is the result of a mutual partnership between the school staff and our parents who provide a variety of experiences for the students. I am truly honored to be appointed to this position and love working with a dedicated staff to provide the best possible educational program for our students.

Through a close and collegial partnership with everyone associated with Tatum Elementary School, I am confident we can make our school an ideal home away from home for our students to learn and grow.

At TES, we take very personally the success of our students, and will work diligently to enhance their learning experiences beyond just a typical classroom setting, including but not limited to our unique after school programs. The TES faculty is second to none, and with a common vision of building positive relationships and increasing all students’ achievement, we will show everyone what "STANDING OUT" is all about!
